JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities for HR Operations Coordinator

Partner with talent acquisition to create offer letter and employee agreements for domestic and international new hires.

Own the new hire onboarding process, including refining tracking and processes, as well as developing relationships with key partners in talent acquisition, benefits, payroll, and operations team members in local markets.

Support auditing and compliance efforts through tracking, reporting and trend analysis.

Act as a liaison between Human Resources and Slalom employees, ensuring that questions are answered quickly, accurately and in a friendly manner.

Respond in a timely and accurate manner to verification of employment requests.

Proactively address filing and upkeep needs related to employment records.

Be our subject matter expert when it comes to the onboarding experience for our employees, from items occurring within our HR systems to activities driven by partner teams and people leaders.

Manage projects and process updates and integrations in an effort to improve the effectiveness of the HR function.

Qualifications for HR Operations Coordinator:

Attention to detail and a passion for excellent customer service

Ability to work in a professional environment and handle confidential information

Works well within a team environment and individually

Work with a sense of urgency without sacrificing quality or accuracy

Bachelor s degree or relevant experience required

Human Resources background is a plus

Strong technical skills: Microsoft Office
